Delivery Information

At Willoughbys Hardware, we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Below are the details regarding our shipping rates and delivery zones.

Where We Deliver

  • Zone 1: Within 14KM from Store - €6
  • Zone 2: 14-20KM from Store - €10
  • Zone 3: Further than 20KM from Store - €15
  • Zone 4: Naas, Ballymore Eustace, Portlaoise - €20

Types of Goods We Deliver

  • Small Goods: Available for nationwide delivery.
  • Large/Heavy Goods: Delivered within Zones 1, 2, 3, and 4 only.
  • Nationwide Delivery: Delivery option with Pallet Network - rates below.

Our Delivery Rates

  • Local Deliveries: Our own transport services local deliveries as per the rates above.
  • Small Items: Delivered by DPD, with a maximum size of 120x70x70cm and a maximum weight of 30kg - €10.

Nationwide Delivery Rates

  • Full Pallet: €75.00 (Max size: 1.2m x 1.2m x 2.2m, 1000 kg)
  • Half Pallet: €70.00 (Max size: 1.2m x 1.2m x 1m, 500 kg; must stack)
  • Quarter Pallet: €65.00 (Max size: 0.6m x 0.8m x 0.6m, 250 kg; must stack)
  • Oversize Pallet: €150.00 (Approx. double full pallet)
  • Half Oversize Pallet: €140.00 (Max size: 2.4m x 1.0m x 1m, 500 kg; must stack)
  • Carton: €15.00 (Max 30 kg, 5 cubic ft per piece)

If you require urgent delivery, please contact us by phone or email. We will do our best to expedite your order. Be sure to include any specific delivery instructions at checkout.

Note: Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be deemed as being placed on the following Monday. Some items may take longer to ship. If this is the case, we will notify you by phone/email of this delay.

Failure by the Seller to deliver the Goods within the agreed time period shall not amount to a breach of this contract by the Seller and the Buyer shall not be entitled to damages or other compensation or to cancel this contact by reason of such failure.
